Cancellations/Reschedule Policy

If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your total service booked.

This policy is in place out of respect for our Doctors, Therapists, and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill.

By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, prevents someone else from being able to reschedule into that time slot.

Late Arrivals

Swiss Care Clinic kindly requests that you arrive on time for your appointment to avoid any delays. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however there will be occasions when your treatment time may need to be reduced or rescheduled to another suitable date. If your treatment has been to be rescheduled, then our late cancellation fee will apply if this occurs more than two times.

Refund Policy

Swiss Care Clinic has a non-refund policy on products and services unless a medical unfit is provided note or pregnant.

Chaperone Policy

Swiss Care Clinic is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times, and that the safety of everyone is of paramount importance. All clients have the right to a chaperone present at any consultation or treatment. Chaperones may be informal (friend or family member) or formal (staff member or healthcare professional).

Policy on Children

Swiss Care Clinic regrets to inform you that we are unable to allow children in our laser treatment and treatment rooms at any time or to remain unaccompanied in the reception area for their safety.

Promotional Offers

All our offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or product purchases.

Deposit Policy

We kindly ask you, when booking any aesthetic treatment(s) amounting to £400 or over, to pay a deposit of £60 upon booking. This will be deducted from the total on the day of the appointment.

Furthermore, when booking any laser treatment(s) to £100 or over, we require a deposit of £60 upon booking. This is will deducted from the total on the of the appointment. The policy works in relation to our cancellation policy.

Complaints and Suggestions Procedure

If you have any comments or suggestions as to how we can improve our service, we would be delighted to hear from you. If you want to make a complaint, you can put your concerns in writing to the address below or email management@swiss-care.com for the attention of General Manager Maria Elias. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.

Policy on pets

No pets allowed unless guide dogs or medical authorisation.

Treatments disclaimer

We strive to achieve the ultimate desired results for all our patients. However, the client’s results may vary from person to person and thus results are not guaranteed. These results could be according to your response to treatment, diet, and lifestyle.

Please note Dr Ohan is excluded from all monthly offers.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are validated for 12 months only. At the time of booking your appointment please state the voucher number and bring your gift voucher to your appointment.
